2 Sometimes 'mid scenes of deepest gloom, Content, whatever lot I see,
I Sometimes where Eden's bowers bloom, Since 'tis my God that leadeth me.
L By waters still, o'er troubled sea, 4 And wfaen my task ofl earth .g done>
Still 'tis His hand that leadeth me. When> by Thy ^^ the victory,s won>
3 Lord, I would clasp Thy hand in mine, E'en death's cold wave I will not flee, Nor ever murmur nor repine; Since God through Jordan leadeth me.
